Walt and I want to express our gratitude to you for planning Tiffany’s beautiful wedding. We were both speechless when we walked into Troon North on the wedding day and saw how the venue had been transformed. It was very hard and stressful, especially for me, because we had to rely on you to implement Tiffany’s vision for her big day without being there in person since we live so far away. You made sure that we were included in everything, even skyping with us to look at the reception table details.
We knew when we walked into the reception hall that you had not only captured Tiffany’s vision, you also captured everything that we dreamed about for her wedding day. The abundance of flowers was unbelievable and breathtaking, from the gorgeous floral archway at the ceremony and the floral petals on the bridal path to the beautiful floral arrangements on each table at the reception. The flowers were perfect in combination with the Arizona landscape and looked like a scene out of a movie. You paid attention to details that we didn’t even consider, such as the little flower arrangements on the chairs at the ceremony and the crystal balls hanging from the flower ceremony arch that were also included in the center pieces in the reception. The beautiful table linens sparkled with just enough bling to satisfy Tiffany’s artistic and flamboyant style, yet you still managed to keep everything tasteful which satisfied her more conservative parents. You were able to do what we couldn’t do, which was to convince her that she did not need to go overboard with the bling, in fact less is more. In fact, from the moment I saw her beautiful bouquet, which was unlike any bouquet I had seen before, to the first look at the reception hall, I confess that I had to slip away to cry by myself because I was overwhelmed with happiness.
I want to also thank you for stepping in and becoming Tiffany’s surrogate mother. Not only did you execute our vision for Tiffany’s wedding day, you also went above and beyond, providing emotional support as well as professional support for both Tiffany and Brian. I appreciate your timely advice in helping them choose the appropriate wedding venue, food, as well as providing advice for choosing the wonderful string quartet for the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour and the DJ for the reception. You put me at ease when you offered to accompany Tiffany to her dress fittings. We didn’t expect this type of full service, but you gave it. We especially appreciate this help and support when we couldn’t be there. You attended the food and cake tastings and your experience helped the couple make good choices for the cocktail hour and reception dinner.
Your expert advice and support was instrumental in assisting Tiffany to develop her wedding theme and color palette. I must confess that I was initially concerned because I wasn’t sure about Tiffany’s vision and the multi-color palette that she described to us. You interpreted her vision and helped her narrow her colors and bridesmaid styling, which included uniformity in their hair styles and accessories.
Finally I want to express my gratitude for introducing us to your daughter, a wonderful makeup artist who made Tiffany look absolutely beautiful. I was surprised to also receive a free makeup application which I know you were instrumental in negotiating for. You also knew how important it was for us to have a religious ceremony and you introduced Tiffany and Brian to a wonderful pastor. His marriage ceremony was outstanding; stressing love and keeping God in their marriage. We know that Brian & Tiffany are motivated and are encouraged to look for a church home in Phoenix.
We feel fortunate to have contracted with you for wedding planning services because you definitely provided much more than we contracted for. You went above and beyond! We consider you a friend and have officially adopted you into our family. Anyone who chooses you as her wedding planner wouldn’t be disappointed because you are the best!!!

Cody and I just wanted to say Thank You for all of your help with our wedding, it was perfect, an absolute fairytale, a night to forever remember that we will both cherish for the rest of our lives thanks to you. My husband Angel & I started planning our wedding in May 2014, thinking I was going to be able to plan and coordinate it on my own. Definitely the most crazy idea I’ve ever had because when it came down to it, I don’t know what we would’ve done without Julie! I didn’t really realize how much was needed to make a wedding work, sitting and talking with Julie almost made me feel overwhelmed because she reminded me of different details such as transportation, what hotel we would be staying at after the reception, and other things that slipped my mind, but having her walk me through it all took such a big weight off my shoulders, and I no longer was ever overwhelmed knowing she was just one call/e-mail away. Hi Julie,I just wanted to write you a letter to let you know how impressed my new wife and I were with the job you and your amazing team did. First, we searched and interviewd countless coordinators, florists, linen companies, and decorators to try to put together a combination that was a beautiful, classy, and elegant representation of us as well as be reasonably priced. We were failing miserably til we met you. Immediately my wife Lindsey was impressed by your design. Once you and her began to discuss the plans for the wedding, she expressed a great sense of relief and was filled with excitement for what this wedding could become. I would have imagined this experience would be too expensive and we would have to sacrifice some service to afford elegance and beauty but your prices were totally affordable. Thank you for that! Finding the designer was step one, coordination would be next. Since we live in Orange County and are only in town occasionally, I expected lots of trips and phone calls. We couldn’t believe how easy it came together and how simple the process was. Even when we changed the date you went with the flow and adjusted, keeping the stress level muh lower than it could have been. You and Lindsey kept great communication online and you seemed to understand exactly what Lindsey wanted and how she wanted the wedding to look like. It was wonderful. The week of the wedding was a whirlwind. We came into town a few days early and immediately had appointments and errands to do. Everyone involved needing more from us. More instruction, more time, more decisions, and sometimes more money. You and your team were on it and I don’t remember doing more than checking in. I thought about how well you have been there for us so far and didn’t think twice about it. Just as I expected, the wedding was flawless! The flowers were perfect! EXACTLY the right colors, flowers, and the combination Lindsey wanted. It started at the churh. Simple and Elegant, just like we asked. It was like a teaser for that we were gonna get at the reception. We had our son pulled in on a wagon and even the wagon was decorated beautifully. By the time we made i to the reception, we could hardly say hello before we were told how amazing the venue was and how perfectly it was decorated. When we went inside, we knew the wedding could not have been done any better. Top to bottom perfection, above and beyond our expectations.
