Christmas is next week but I bet some of you are already thinking about the after party! If you’re planning your wedding on New Year’s then I have some amazing ideas for you. New Year’s means it’s time to let loose a little and put the events of the past year behind us. It’s an exciting time of new hope and new beginning and a great time to celebrate a wedding!
New Year’s events are first and foremost about style! Ladies and Gentlemen it’s time to bring your a-game. Grooms this is not the time for a rental tux you need something fitted that will make the ladies swoon, especially your bride! Brides go crazy and get two dresses. One dazzling gown that will wow the crowd with sparkle and then you need to get that one really sexy black dress you’ve always wanted for your after party. It’s your night and it’s time to party with a little champagne and confetti! You will need to find a venue that will stay open late so that you and your guest will be able to ring in the new properly. Have confetti on the table with instruction. When the clock strikes twelve throw the confetti and make a wish!
I love a gold and black themed wedding and it fits perfect with New Years! Black linens with gold plates and candles will look amazing. Have little bottles a champagne waiting for your guests when they arrive, This makes for a really great wedding favor and the best part, when everyone is ready you can make a toast! For desert try mini cupcakes with gold sprinkles, and cake pops!
